This detail of Botticelli's Primavera represents Zephyrus, god of the winds. In this painting, the wind god is shown emerging from the sky, his robes fluttering in a gentle breeze. One will immediately notice that the skin of Zephyrus is a delicate shade of blue. His appearance therefore contrasts strongly with the pale skin and golden hair of Chloris, the nymph he is pursuing.
