Claddagh Ring
March 17

Originating in an ancient Irish fishing village located near the City of Galway, the Claddagh Ring has been used to express love and friendship for several hundred years. The ring, formed of two hands clasping a heart fitted with a crown, symbolizes the bond between two people... love with the heart, friendship with the hands, and loyalty with the crown. The ring is traditionally worn with the heart facing inwards to declare that the person is engaged... facing outwards, the Claddagh Ring invites romance.
