feng shui
April 13

Literally meaning 'wind-water', feng shui is the ancient Chinese art of placement. Based on the balance and harmony between the careful arrangement of manmade objects within the environment, feng shui seeks the energy of 'Chi', or life force. The design principles of feng shui have become increasingly popular for modern homes, offices, and gardens as a means to maximize this balance between 'yin and yang'... the two counterbalancing forces of the universe.
