Charles Follen McKim

Born on this day in 1847, McKim was a partner in the architectural firm of McKim, Mead, and White. The firm is well known for civic buildings such as the Boston Public Library and old Penn Station in New York, as well as their residential work which are some of the best examples of the 'Shingle Style' movement.
